Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and routing inquiries
- Coordinate calendar scheduling and meeting room reservations for executive team
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and office supply inventory
- Process vendor invoices and expense reports using accounting software
- Assist with new employee onboarding and office administrative tasks
- Support digital marketing team with client correspondence and data entry
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
