Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing and guest reception
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and administrative support
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and package handling systems
- Support office initiatives with clerical tasks (filing, copying, data entry)
- Assist with event coordination and client hospitality functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
