Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting room bookings.
- Data Entry & Administration: Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintain filing systems, and prepare reports.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure the office is always stocked.
- Visitor Reception: Greet clients and visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Project Support: Assist team members with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or administrative training is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
