Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and employee data into our CRM and spreadsheets with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, manage email correspondence, and screen visitors in a professional manner.
- Filing & Organization: Organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily retrievable.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and summaries of key metrics for management review.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure operations continue without interruption.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting packets, and taking minutes when required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office administration, data entry, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 WPM.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
