Responsibilities
- Execute high-velocity data entry tasks with 100% accuracy using our proprietary CRM and MS Excel systems.
- Manage the main reception area, greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for sensitive client and company records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for department heads.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with strict attention to detail.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as requested by management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline office workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reception, or administrative support roles.
- Demonstrated typing speed of at least 45 WPM with exceptional accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a polished professional demeanor.
