Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into company databases and CRM systems.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for senior management.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Support the team with general office duties and customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, data entry, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
