What You Will Do:
As our Part-Time Office Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage incoming calls, route messages, and greet visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Data Entry & Filing: Accurately maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily retrievable.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for the management team.
- Communication: Draft and proofread emails, memos, and internal documents to ensure clear communication.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to keep the office stocked.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients and vendors visiting our local Dallas location.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in an office setting or administrative support role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
