Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk reception area.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management with high accuracy.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls professionally.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support the sales and operations teams with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
