Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for executive team
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for documents and records
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments while tracking inventory
- Assist with onboarding new hires including equipment setup and orientation
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentation materials
- Support event planning and coordination for office functions and client meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
