- Coordinate 15+ daily appointments using Microsoft Outlook and scheduling tools
- Process expense reports and vendor invoices with 100% accuracy
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations in Word/Excel
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory across 5 departments
- Support HR onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proven ability to multitask with competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-free work history

- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus location
