- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives with precision and attention to detail.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical records, including filing systems and databases.
- Office Operations: Assist with office supplies management, inventory control, and general facility upkeep to ensure a productive work environment.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of internal team meetings and corporate events.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle basic vendor communications and order processing as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification in office administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management software is a plus.
