Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in various databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Organize and digitize physical files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice verification.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
