Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document organization
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
- Handle incoming communications (phone/email) with professionalism
- Support inventory management and supply procurement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and error detection skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
