Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Documentation: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate vendor services, and oversee general office maintenance.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, including database entries and client records.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy office.
