Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, including travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails with a high degree of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and client refreshments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
