Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence, ensuring all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including calendar management, room bookings, and preparation of meeting agendas and materials.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle data entry tasks, maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, and ensure records are up-to-date.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
- Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and clients, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Assist with general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and document management systems.
