Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls and emails with a professional demeanor.
- Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy and maintain digital filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos and reports.
- Perform general office duties, including stocking supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.

Qualifications
