- Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and arrange logistics for staff meetings
- Process incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with prompt responses
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with departmental billing, invoicing, and expense tracking procedures
- Support digital filing systems to ensure compliance with record retention policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional accuracy in alphanumeric data input
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in confidential matters
