Responsibilities
- Accurately input, manage, and verify data in CRM and spreadsheet systems
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails) and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) with strict confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee documentation
- Support departmental projects with timely administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Proven data entry experience with high accuracy (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (printers, scanners)
