Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings efficiently.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional emails, memos, and internal documents.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, update databases, and prepare weekly reports.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights and hotel accommodations.
- Office Operations: Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle incoming mail and packages.
- Project Support: Assist in organizing company events and managing office supplies inventory.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Execute special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Certificate in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
