Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication Handling: Screen and direct phone calls, respond to emails professionally, and manage correspondence.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and business documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and manage filing systems.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for team events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work a set part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
