- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff, ensuring calendars are up-to-date.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable and compliant with company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and compile routine reports, presentations, and internal communications using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure the team has necessary materials at all times.
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
