Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the daily calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and general correspondence.
- Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and prepare meeting materials.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
