Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professional etiquette
- Assist with document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support event coordination and meeting logistics
- Perform basic data entry and spreadsheet management
- Handle office supply inventory and procurement
- Support social media content scheduling for student programs
- Collaborate with team members on special projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school (ages 16-18 preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Gmail)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
