Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, updating our CRM and internal databases.
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone, and mail, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare, organize, and file physical and electronic documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate calendar schedules and arrange travel itineraries for senior management.
- Perform light inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Support the finance team with basic invoicing and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
