Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy and data integrity.
- Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage internal calendars.
- Handle incoming correspondence via phone, email, and mail with professionalism.
- Prepare, compile, and sort reports and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Provide general clerical support to the executive team as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management (1+ years preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment if working remotely.
