- Process and verify financial documents, invoices, and reports
- Manage electronic filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Generate regular reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality protocols
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification preferred
