Responsibilities
- Data Entry Management: Accurately input and update client information, invoices, and inventory data into our proprietary database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Office Support: Handle incoming calls, route inquiries, and manage the daily flow of correspondence via email and fax.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for department heads.
- Report Generation: Compile basic reports from entered data and present findings to the management team.
- Vendor Communication: Handle incoming mail and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or data entry is preferred but not mandatory for high-potential candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas are a plus).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Typing: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in data and correct them immediately.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
