Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with precision.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries, as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Support the finance department with invoice processing and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
