Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and correspondence.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support the finance and HR departments with basic administrative tasks and reporting.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
