- Process expense reports, invoices, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor management
- Support event planning and meeting preparations with agendas/minutes
- Maintain confidential filing systems and digital databases
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (2+ years)
