Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain confidential databases and records
- Manage digital filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Process incoming communications via email, phone, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement procedures
- Support scheduling and calendar management for department heads
- Assist with document preparation and formatting using Microsoft Office Suite
- Conduct routine data audits to ensure information integrity
- Provide backup support for front desk reception duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
