Responsibilities
- Manage office communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and executive documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking and invoice processing
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide cross-departmental administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
