Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Assist with onboarding processes and vendor coordination
- Support event planning and logistics for client meetings

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative support experience
