Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for client records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee documentation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Support event planning and meeting logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) a plus
