- Organize and digitize files using cloud-based systems (Google Workspace)
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and employee records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- 2+ years in administrative or clerical role with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
