Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense reports, and vendor communications
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and facility management

Qualifications
