Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and email.
- Assist in accurate data entry, filing, and maintaining digital records for the department.
- Coordinate complex schedules and arrange meetings for management staff.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and proactively order new stock as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for occasional local travel within NYC.
