Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening calls, and routing inquiries to appropriate departments
- Oversee visitor reception, including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and managing security protocols
- Coordinate office logistics including mail processing, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Support administrative functions including data entry, document preparation, and calendar management
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication through email, memos, and digital platforms
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire orientations and workspace preparation
- Execute office projects under supervision including event coordination and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume environments
