- Reception & Front Desk: Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and ensure a clean, professional workspace.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
- Vendor Relations: Handle basic correspondence with vendors and service providers.
Qualifications

- Experience: No prior office experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
