Responsibilities
- General Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow for all departments.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, answering phones and responding to emails professionally.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure all materials are available.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate logistics for team events and company gatherings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing systems and expense reports.
- Team Support: Assist in onboarding new employees and providing general support to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office setting or customer service role is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
