Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones, taking messages, and responding to basic emails.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily retrievable.
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support team members with special projects, event coordination, and daily office operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Currently enrolled in high school or recent high school graduate.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
