Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage office workflows, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage office supplies.
- Financial Administration: Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company meetings, offsites, and employee engagement activities.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, and answering employee inquiries.
- IT & Facilities: Troubleshoot basic IT issues and ensure the office environment is safe and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
