Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and maintenance coordination
- Manage administrative staff scheduling, performance, and professional development
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and international travel arrangements
- Develop and monitor office budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Implement HR initiatives including onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement programs
- Lead crisis management protocols and emergency response planning
- Optimize office workflows using technology solutions (MS365, Slack, Asana)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or financial services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and procurement experience with $500k+ budgets
- SHRM or similar HR certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience managing hybrid/remote team coordination
