- Oversee procurement, inventory, and office supply systems
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Implement HR processes onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
- Lead digital filing systems and document management protocols
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting
- Organize company events and culture-building initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota labor regulations and compliance
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
