Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including supply inventory management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative staff scheduling, performance, and professional development
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Handle confidential employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Develop and manage office budgets with financial reporting to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
