Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative functions including office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services (cleaning, IT, security)
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Develop and implement office policies while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and manage employee records
- Act as primary point of contact for building management and emergency protocols
- Analyze operational efficiency and implement cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
