Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, services, and maintenance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and corporate events for executive leadership.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain office budget and track expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and security.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized physical workspace for all employees.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support roles.
- Proven experience in budget management and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., ASANA, Slack, Salesforce).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
