Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, services, and equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, conference calls, and corporate events.
- Process invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with monthly budget tracking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage the front desk reception duties.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration preferred.
