- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply chain logistics, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative team of 3, providing mentorship and performance optimization
- Develop and maintain $250K+ office budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Implement digital workflow systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and complex calendar management
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and office integration
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and corporate safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech/industrial sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Proven budget management with P&L accountability
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
